- Include Documentation: Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and a copy of your proof of purchase inside
4.2 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping
- For returns due to our error or defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label
